BeCasino scores 77 out of 100. It is the most transparent of the operators I have audited about what it is and who owns it. It loses points where you would not expect: on the page meant to protect its players, and on how complaints are handled.
This is the fourth audit published, after Fortuna, Oria and PlayOne. The corresponding row opens in the comparison of licensed Belgian operators.
How I checked this operator
On 31 August 2026 I consulted the Gaming Commission’s licence register, then five public pages on becasino.be: the terms and conditions, the privacy policy, the Instant Cash page, the responsible gambling page and the information panel shown beside the games.
I did not open an account and did not gamble with real money. Every finding can be checked from those same pages, without registering.
Two documents carry a version number and a date: the terms are version 1.1.0 of 4 September 2024, the privacy policy version 1.0.2 of 18 April 2024. No other audited operator versions its documents, and it is a practice I would like to see more often.
The same grid serves every file, which makes BeCasino comparable with the other operators I have examined.
What the official register shows

Licence B+4264 is held by SA AMUSEMENT WITH PRIZE. The decision dates from 19 October 2023, published the next day, indicating a first grant. It runs to 18 September 2028.
But the site is not operated by the licence holder. BeCasino is operated by S.A. Euro Tiercé, registered with the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0882.834.117, seated at Place des Jardins de Baseilles in Erpent, near Namur.
The two companies are linked by a partnership agreement for offering and running dice games under that licence. The arrangement is stated in full, in the terms and in the footer of every page of the site, with the licence number alongside.
It is a model I had not come across: one company runs a platform under a licence held by another, and says so. The land based anchor for that licence is the Madison Casino, a name itself among the licensed operators, as is the case for Fortuna, Oria and PlayOne. This is not an isolated case: several venue names serve as anchors for different brands.
The only operator audited that says where it comes from
Euro Tiercé is not a company set up to launch an online casino. It is the Belgian subsidiary of the PMU, and the site publishes this plainly, with dates.
The company was formed in 2006 at the initiative of the Belgian National Racing Federation, around an aim of fair treatment for horse racing bets. The first online bets date from 2008, on the Tongeren and Mons racecourses, joined by Ostend in 2012. The PMU took a stake in 2013 and became the main shareholder. Sports betting followed in May 2014, and the casino activity launched in November 2023.
Euro Tiercé also holds its own licence, FA 117999, for horse racing and sports betting.
No other audited operator publishes anything about its ownership or its history. With several of them, you had to cross-reference the terms and the register to work out who was behind it. Here the information is given upfront, with a verifiable timeline.
For a player wondering who they are entrusting their money to, that difference matters more than any commercial claim.
Withdrawals: thirty minutes, and the list of banks

BeCasino states a withdrawal credited in under thirty minutes, available round the clock, weekends and public holidays included.
| Condition | What is stated |
|---|---|
| Processing time | Under 30 minutes, 24/7 |
| Minimum withdrawal | €10 |
| Cap | €5,000 per day, €25,000 per week, €50,000 per month |
| Fees | None on the operator’s side |
| Deposit limit | €200 per week on sign-up, reduction immediate, increase after three days |
Thirty minutes remains the shortest timeframe of every operator I have audited. I have gathered instant withdrawals at Belgian operators, with the page the information comes from.
Something I have seen nowhere else: the page publishes the named list of twenty Belgian banks compatible with instant payment, from AION to vdk bank. A player can therefore find out before registering whether their bank will follow, instead of discovering it at the first withdrawal.
Two conditions frame the system. The account must be verified, which requires a copy of both sides of the identity document and proof of ownership of the bank account. And any deposit must have been staked at least once before it can be withdrawn, a standard anti money laundering clause found at the other three operators too.
A thirty minute window to cancel a withdrawal
How it works deserves explaining, because it is presented as a benefit and it cuts both ways. Once the request is sent, the player has thirty minutes to cancel the withdrawal. After that, the payment goes out.
Technically, this is a mechanism that lets already requested winnings be put back into play. Regulators watch such devices, because they play on the impulse of the moment. Thirty minutes remains very short, nothing like the twenty-four or forty-eight hour windows found elsewhere, so the risk is limited. It is not nil for all that.
And outside Instant Cash, nothing is stated. The terms mention an anti money laundering check that “may from time to time cause a delay”, without ever quantifying it.
What the responsible gambling page does not say

This is the weak point of this audit, and it stands out against the rest of the site.
The page names three tools: daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, a temporary or permanent self-exclusion, and a play history. It stops there.
No duration is given for the self-exclusion. You cannot tell whether it can be undone, how it is activated, or what happens meanwhile. At PlayOne, the terms specify that it cannot be lifted before its end. At Oria, they specify the opposite. Here nothing lets you know which of the two applies, and that is precisely what someone considering it needs to know.
The terms are more useful than the page itself: they recommend using the self-exclusion form of the Gaming Commission rather than a single operator, explaining that a central exclusion covers both venues and online sites. The reasoning is sound, and it belongs on the page written for players.
The full framework of protections available in Belgium is set out on my responsible gambling page.
One real tool, and two questionable choices
To the page’s credit: the Eight Test appears in full, with its eight questions about one’s relationship with gambling. It is a recognised self-assessment instrument, and no other audited operator offers it in this form.
On the other hand, three of the help links on that page point to HTTP rather than HTTPS addresses. The same links appear correctly in the site footer, which shows this is a maintenance oversight on that one page.
And the page recommends two commercial parental control programmes, with outbound links. On a protection page, steering the reader towards paid products strikes me as misplaced, however good the intention.
Information about the games
Each game has an information panel accessible before staking, showing the return to player, the volatility, the stake range and the number of lines. Games are also playable in demo mode.
On presentation, it is one of the most complete I have examined. But precision is needed: displaying the return to player is an obligation on every licensed operator in Belgium. What sets BeCasino apart here is the layout, not the principle.
Game certification does not depend on BeCasino: the tests cover the generators of the studios that build the games, and no Belgian operator publishes those reports because they do not belong to it.
What BeCasino does decide is what it shows before you stake. On that ground it sits just behind the two operators that earn full marks, and only a filter by studio is missing for it to join them.
Security and data
The privacy policy is the most precise of all those I have read on one point: retention periods are broken down by type of data.
- Ten years for the account and its movements, from closure.
- One year for games and competitions after they end.
- Six months for exchanges with support, unless there is a dispute.
The other operators state a single ten year period for everything. Breaking it down by category requires genuinely mapping the processing activities, and it is the mark of a policy actually written rather than copied.
Security measures are classed as physical, technical and organisational. The rights granted by the regulation are listed, with a thirty day reply time extendable to sixty. The Data Protection Authority is named as the route for complaints.
Two reservations. No data protection officer is mentioned, neither named nor even flagged as existing, whereas two of the operators audited give a name and a phone number. And processors are described by category, never identified.
Complaints: fourteen days, and nothing in return
Article 9 of the terms sets the framework. A complaint must be filed within fourteen days of the events, failing which it is deemed inadmissible.
That is twice as long as at PlayOne and Madison, which impose seven days. It remains a time bar, and three of the six operators audited impose none.
The procedure itself is well built: the page lists the information to supply, down to screenshots, and requires sending from the account’s email address. A player knows exactly what to prepare.
But no handling time is stated, only a formula about “the shortest possible time”. And in case of continued disagreement, article 18 provides for fourteen days of negotiation, then the courts of Namur. The Gaming Commission appears nowhere as a route of recourse for a dispute, whereas several of the audited operators refer to it explicitly.
Support is reachable every day according to the site, with no hours given, by form and email. No telephone.
The score in detail, criterion by criterion
| Criterion | What weighed | Score |
|---|---|---|
| Licensing and regulation | Number displayed in the footer and the terms, holder matching the register, partnership stated, ownership and history published. | 23/25 |
| Withdrawals and payments | Under 30 minutes, 24/7, no fees, list of compatible banks. Cancellation window, and nothing stated outside Instant Cash. | 13/15 |
| Security and data | Periods split by data type, measures classified, DPA route given. No officer mentioned, processors anonymous. | 12/15 |
| Complaints and recourse | Detailed procedure listing the documents to supply. But a fourteen day time bar, no reply time, and the Commission appears nowhere as recourse. | 6/15 |
| Information about the games | Full panel before staking with return to player, volatility, stake and lines. Demo mode. No filter by studio. | 9/10 |
| Terms transparency | Dated and versioned documents, group and shareholder published, deposit limit explained. Written before the May 2025 identity check requirement. | 8/10 |
| Responsible gambling | Full Eight Test. But tools named without duration or instructions, help links on HTTP, referral to commercial software. | 6/10 |
| Total | Dependable tier, 65 to 79 points | 77/100 |
The weighting of each criterion appears on my methodology page.
Who this casino suits, and who it does not
It suits you if you want to know who you are dealing with before registering, if your bank is on the published list, and if a withdrawal credited within half an hour matters to you.
It does not suit you if you want a broad catalogue: the offer covers dice games, not the full range of casino games. Nor if you want to be able to dispute a transaction afterwards, fourteen days remaining a short window. Nor, above all, if you rely on documented protection tools: on that point two of the operators audited do clearly better.
My verdict
BeCasino is the only one of the operators I have audited whose owner and history I can state simply by reading its site. Published ownership, dated timeline, licence displayed, partnership declared, versioned documents. On structural transparency, nobody else does as much.
Which makes its responsible gambling page all the more surprising. An operator able to break down its retention periods by data category should be able to write how long a self-exclusion lasts. Three lines would do, and they would be worth several points.
The other fix would be just as simple: naming the Gaming Commission as a route of recourse in a dispute, instead of pointing straight to the courts of Namur. A player disagreeing over a win will not go to court over two hundred euros.
That score puts BeCasino level with Oria, for opposite reasons. The detail of my grid of seven criteria and the full ranking appear on my dedicated page.

Frequently asked questions
Is BeCasino licensed in Belgium?
Yes. Licence B+4264 appears in the Gaming Commission register, in the name of SA Amusement With Prize, and runs to 18 September 2028. The site is operated by Euro Tiercé under a declared partnership.
Who owns BeCasino?
The Eurotiercé group, the Belgian subsidiary of the PMU. The PMU has been its main shareholder since 2013. The company was formed in 2006 at the initiative of the Belgian National Racing Federation.
How long does a withdrawal take at BeCasino?
Under thirty minutes with Instant Cash, round the clock, with no fees. The minimum withdrawal is €10 and the cap €5,000 per day. A thirty minute window allows the request to be cancelled before it goes out.
Is my bank compatible with instant withdrawal?
Twenty Belgian banks are listed on the site, including most major institutions. It is the only operator audited that publishes this list, allowing a check before registering.
Can I self-exclude from BeCasino?
Yes, but the site states neither the duration nor the process. The terms recommend using the Gaming Commission’s form, which covers every operator and venue, rather than a single site.
How long do I have to dispute a transaction?
Fourteen days after the events. After that, the terms state the complaint is deemed inadmissible.

This audit does not tell you whether BeCasino pays out quickly in practice. It records what the operator commits to. I do not open accounts and I do not gamble with real money.
Nor does it judge game quality or the playing experience. And it reflects one specific moment: terms change, and the date at the top prevails.
