Instant withdrawal casinos in Belgium: what each one actually states

By Arthur D · Published 1 September 2026 | Updated on 6 September 2026

“Instant withdrawal” means nothing until you have read the page behind it. The phrase appears on almost every licensed Belgian site, but the commitments behind it run from under thirty minutes to ten working days.

I opened the cashier pages of six operators I have audited and recorded what each one states in writing, with the source. Here is the ranking by stated speed, fastest first.

Ranked by stated timeframe · recorded 4 September 2026
BeCasino Under 30 min

The only commitment available round the clock, weekends and public holidays included. €10 minimum withdrawal, €5,000 daily cap, no fees on the operator’s side. Above all, BeCasino publishes the named list of twenty compatible Belgian banks, which no other operator does: you know before registering whether yours will follow.

Worth knowing: a thirty minute window lets you cancel the request before it goes out.

Fortuna A few minutes

Instant Payout processes the request automatically when three conditions are met: staying under €3,000 per day, no more than three requests per day, and having staked more than the amount deposited. The option is enabled from the account’s profile page.

A condition to know: the service is restricted to Belgian bank accounts.

Oria Minutes, or 10 days

The same conditions as Fortuna, word for word: €3,000 per day, three requests maximum, more staked than deposited, Belgian accounts only. But Oria does something nobody else does: it states the standard transfer’s timeframe, ten working days, for cases where the instant option does not apply.

That is less flattering to display, and precisely why the information is useful.

Golden Palace A few minutes

The third identical cashier page in the set: €3,000 per day, three requests, more staked than deposited, Belgian accounts only. That is no coincidence — Golden Palace, Fortuna and Oria declare the same publisher and the same host, and the latter two rest on Golden Palace venues. One cashier page, published under three brands.

Worth knowing: unlike Oria, Golden Palace states no timeframe at all for the standard transfer. It does name TrueLayer, the provider that validates the IBAN, where Oria refers only to an anonymous third party.

Madison 45 min, working days

The only timeframe in the set expressed in round minutes: 45 minutes, €20 minimum, two withdrawals a day, €10,000 in total. But the terms and conditions say something else — withdrawals processed on working days only, a €10 minimum rather than €20, and an enquiry into gameplay and winnings that can delay payment by up to 60 working days. The two documents never refer to each other.

Worth knowing: it is the highest daily cap on the audited market, and the only operator to publish weekly and monthly caps as well, €25,000 and €100,000.

PlayOne 24 working hrs

PlayOne separates two stages, which the others do not. The request is processed within 24 working hours, then the transfer is instant in most cases, or takes up to 48 working hours depending on the bank. €5,000 cap per withdrawal, no fees on the operator’s side.

After two successive €5,000 withdrawals, a temporary weekly cap of the same amount may apply.

The orange buttons for Fortuna, Oria and PlayOne are commercial links: if you open an account after clicking, I receive a commission. It influences neither this page’s ranking, which follows only the stated timeframes, nor the audits. These buttons appear only on operators whose documents I have read. The BeCasino, Golden Palace and Madison buttons are plain links with no commercial arrangement.

Three brands, one cashier page: I traced it back to the register, behind the brands.

The fastest is not the best rated

This ranking is worth setting against another. On my seven audit criteria, BeCasino ranks only fourth of the six, and PlayOne keeps the highest score. Yet here, BeCasino is the fastest and PlayOne the slowest. The second slowest in the ranking, Madison, is in fact the one scoring lowest.

That is not a contradiction. A fast withdrawal is a genuine service, but it says nothing about how an operator handles a complaint, documents its data or explains its protection tools. An audit measures the whole; this page measures one thing.

If you want a full assessment rather than a timeframe, it is on my page on what makes an online casino reliable.

The three conditions that push you onto the slow route

No instant withdrawal is automatic. At all six operators the same logic applies: the fast route works while certain conditions hold, and falls back to the standard route as soon as one is missing.

Deposited funds must have been staked

This is the most universal condition. Until deposited money has been played at least once, it cannot leave through the automatic route. This anti money laundering clause stops a gaming account being used as a pass-through, and it is entirely legitimate. It only surprises those who deposit and then change their mind.

The account must be fully verified

A copy of the identity document, sometimes front and back, and proof that the bank account is in the player’s name. Since 1 May 2025 that check must happen before any deposit and any stake, but an incomplete file or an expired document is enough to block a withdrawal. I have set out what each operator asks for and how long it takes.

And the cap, which is not the same everywhere

€3,000 per day and three requests at Fortuna, Oria and Golden Palace. €5,000 per withdrawal at PlayOne and BeCasino. Exceeding these does not block the withdrawal, but takes it out of automatic processing.

The Belgian bank account, the condition nobody mentions

This is the most useful finding on this page, and it appears on no comparison site.

At Fortuna, Oria and Golden Palace, instant withdrawal only works with a Belgian bank account. Fortuna states it plainly in its Instant Payout terms: “Service available only for Belgian bank accounts”. Oria repeats it twice on its own page and Golden Palace sets it as a condition of access to the service.

In practice, a cross-border worker, a resident banking elsewhere in the eurozone, or anyone who has kept a foreign account falls automatically onto the standard route. At Oria, that means ten working days instead of a few minutes.

And this information appears nowhere at sign-up. It sits on a dedicated page nobody reads before winning. If your bank is not Belgian, check this point before choosing an operator, not after.

Where the information sits matters as much as what it says

Gathering these figures, one difference in approach struck me.

BeCasino and PlayOne publish their withdrawal terms on functional pages: a dedicated Instant Cash page at one, a section of the FAQ at the other. Those pages are built to be consulted, maintained and found again.

Fortuna, Oria and Golden Palace publish theirs in promotional news articles, in the middle of marketing copy. The conditions are there, complete and accurate, but buried. And those articles are dated: Golden Palace’s from August 2024, Oria’s from August 2024, Fortuna’s from February 2026, for an identical feature on what is plainly the same platform.

A condition buried in a two year old announcement does not have the same standing as a maintained cashier page. It remains enforceable, but it is far harder to find on the day you need it.

If the withdrawal does not go through

This is the question comparison sites never address, and the only one that matters when things stall. How long do you have to complain, and how quickly will you get an answer?

OperatorTime to complainStated reply time
PlayOne7 days after the incident72 working hours
Madison7 days after the incident30 working days
BeCasino14 days after the eventsNone
FortunaNo deadline imposedNone
OriaNo deadline imposedNone
Golden PalaceNo deadline imposedNone

PlayOne and Madison are the only two to commit to a reply time, and that deserves credit. But they are also the two leaving the least time to complain: seven days in both cases.

Fortuna, Oria and Golden Palace, by contrast, impose no time bar and refer explicitly to the Gaming Commission, with its contact details, noting that a complaint can be forwarded to it. Golden Palace even gives its postal address alongside its email. BeCasino points to the courts of Namur without ever mentioning the Commission.

How to check at any operator

Forty-six licensed operators remain to be audited, and you will find them in the comparison of Belgian online casinos. In the meantime, here is what I look at, and you can do it in ten minutes.

  • Look for a number, not an adjective. “Fast” commits to nothing. “Under thirty minutes” or “within twenty-four working hours” can be held against them.
  • Find the cashier page, not the home page. It is often called Instant Payout, Instant Cash, Deposits and withdrawals, or sits in the FAQ.
  • Watch for the words “when the conditions are met”. A list of restrictions always follows just below.
  • Check what is said about the standard route. An operator that mentions only the instant option will not tell you how long the other case takes.
  • Search for “Belgian bank accounts”. That restriction sits in the fast withdrawal terms, never at sign-up.
  • Read the complaints article in the terms. A short time bar is a real risk.

What this page cannot tell you

I have timed no withdrawals. I do not open accounts and I do not gamble with real money. What I publish here is the operators’ written commitments, with the page each comes from.

The difference matters. An operator stating thirty minutes may take three hours on a day of banking outage. An operator stating nothing may pay within ten minutes. What is measured here is how precise the commitment is and whether it can be held against them, not actual performance.

Bank timings themselves are outside the operator’s control: an instant transfer depends on the receiving bank, and PlayOne is the only one of the six to say so explicitly.

Frequently asked questions

Which Belgian casino pays out fastest?

Among the six I have audited, BeCasino states the shortest timeframe: under thirty minutes, round the clock. That is a written commitment, not a time I measured. Forty-six other licensed operators remain to be examined.

Is instant withdrawal really instant?

It is when every condition is met, and only then. Funds staked at least once, account verified, amount under the cap, and at several operators a Belgian bank account. If a single condition is missing, the request goes to manual processing.

Can I use a foreign bank?

For deposits yes, for instant withdrawal often no. Fortuna, Oria and Golden Palace explicitly restrict their fast route to Belgian bank accounts. Withdrawal is still possible, but through the standard route, which takes ten working days at Oria.

Are there fees on a withdrawal?

None on the operator’s side at all six audited. PlayOne does note that your own bank may charge, which is outside the casino’s control.

What if my withdrawal is held?

Check the three conditions first: funds staked, account verified, amount under the cap. If all is in order, complain without delay: seven days at PlayOne, fourteen at BeCasino. After that, the terms provide that the complaint is no longer examined.

Is a fast withdrawal the sign of a good casino?

Not on its own. The fastest of the six operators I have audited ranks only fourth on my seven criteria, and the best rated is the slowest. Speed is a service; reliability is measured on seven criteria, set out in my audits.
