Oria Casino scores 77 out of 100. Its place among the other operators can be read in the comparison of Belgian online casinos. It is an established operator whose licence has just been renewed for nine years, and which states things most competitors leave unsaid. What holds it back fits in one sentence: its legal documents have not kept up with Belgian law.
This is the second audit published on this site, after the one on Fortuna Casino. Comparing the two reveals something a single audit could not show, and I return to it below.
How I checked this operator
On 28 August 2026 I consulted the Gaming Commission’s licence register, then six public documents on oria.be: the terms and conditions, the data protection policy, the instant withdrawal page, the responsible gambling page, the lobby’s supplier filter and the operator’s own feature announcements.
I did not open an account and did not gamble with real money. Every finding here can be checked from the same sources, without registering.
That is the protocol I apply to every operator, and the other published audits are gathered on the page that brings them together.
What the official register shows

Oria Casino is operated by SPRL DEVOMAS, registered with the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0425.443.780, with its seat at avenue des Croix de Guerre 120, 1120 Brussels.
Two dates tell this licence’s story. The file was first published on 13 January 2022, the current decision dates from 23 April 2026, and validity runs to April 2035. Four years separate them: this is not a first grant but a renewal. The Commission re-examined the file and extended it for nine years.
That is a signal the player sees nowhere on the site, and it is worth more than a marketing claim: an operator that goes through a renewal has been re-checked.
The land based anchor for the B+ licence is a Golden Palace venue. What that implies comes further down.
Withdrawals: two speeds, and both are stated

Oria does better than average on this criterion, for a simple reason: it states both scenarios, not only the flattering one.
| Condition | What is stated |
|---|---|
| Instant withdrawal | A few minutes |
| Daily cap | €3,000 |
| Frequency | 3 requests per day maximum |
| Standard withdrawal | Processed within 10 working days |
| Minimum withdrawal | €15 |
| Minimum deposit | €5, or €15 via PayPal |
That ten working day figure is the most useful information on the page. Most operators highlight the instant option and say nothing about the case where it does not apply. Oria writes it down. Stating ten working days is less flattering than a plain “fast withdrawal”, and that is precisely what makes the information useful. I have gathered the commitments of all four operators audited, with their source, in my comparison of stated withdrawal times.
And it does not apply in several situations. Automatic processing requires having played more than the amount deposited, a standard anti money laundering clause. It also requires a Belgian bank account: anyone banking elsewhere falls back on the ten day route.
Since July 2026, IBAN validation runs through a third party provider and takes minutes. The operator itself explains that this check was previously manual and could take several days. Publicly acknowledging a weak point you have just fixed is rare enough to note.
On deposits the range is wide: Bancontact, itsme, Paysafe, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller and bank transfer. That is noticeably richer than most licensed Belgian operators.
The main problem: terms that have aged
Oria’s terms carry the note March 2023. Since then, two things have changed in Belgian law, and neither appears in them.
They rest on a replaced decree
The text justifies the €200 weekly deposit limit by citing the royal decree of 25 October 2018. It was in fact the royal decree of 20 July 2022, effective 20 October 2022, that lowered that cap from €500 to €200. The amount stated is correct, the legal basis invoked is not.
The error has no practical consequence for players. It does say something about how often a document that legally binds the operator gets reread.
They ignore the identity verification requirement
Since 1 May 2025, a Belgian player must have verified their identity before any deposit or stake. Oria applies the rule and even announced it on its site. Its terms still describe a provisional account until an identity document is submitted. What exactly is required since that date is set out on my page on identity verification.
Two companies in the same document
The preamble states the site is published by CONCEPT V GAMES S.A. and operated by SPRL DEVOMAS. The definitions section then names DEVOMAS as the site’s publisher. The register records DEVOMAS as the operator.
Three brands, one structure
This is the finding the second audit makes possible and the first could not.
Oria’s terms and Fortuna Casino’s declare the same publisher, CONCEPT V GAMES S.A., at the same Brussels address. Both sites are hosted by the same provider in Baudour. Both privacy policies name the same data protection officer, with the same phone number. And both B+ licences rest on a Golden Palace venue, a brand itself among the licensed operators.
None of this is irregular. A group may perfectly well run several brands on shared infrastructure, and the Commission grants one licence per brand.
But a player comparing three sites while believing they are comparing three independent companies is mistaken about what they are doing. Oria’s and Fortuna’s withdrawal terms are word-for-word identical, caps included, because they are the same terms.
Security and data
The data protection policy is complete, and it is the group’s rather than Oria’s.
- The data protection officer is named, with a direct phone number and an address. This is an external officer, which is common and legitimate.
- Full contact details for the Data Protection Authority are provided for lodging a complaint.
- The retention period is stated, ten years for identification documents, under the 1999 gambling act and the 2017 anti money laundering legislation.
- Data is hosted in Belgium.
One standing reservation: processors are listed by category and never named. The player knows third parties are involved, but not which ones.
Information about the games

The lobby lists around forty suppliers, each with its number of available titles, and the filter is accessible before any sign-up. That is real transparency: you know what you will find before opening an account.
Return to player is displayed game by game, but honesty requires saying so: this is an obligation on every licensed operator in Belgium, not a choice by Oria. A site that displays it does what the law asks, no more.
On this criterion Oria earns full marks, shared with just one other operator audited. It does not stop at what the law requires: it makes its catalogue readable before you have even created an account, with the number of titles per studio, the paytable and a demo mode.
It looks unspectacular, and it is exactly what lets a player know what they are getting into. Only one other operator audited goes as far.
Responsible gambling: an inverted set-up

The tools genuinely exist in the account, under a dedicated tab, and the EPIS register is explained with a direct link to the Gaming Commission form. The legal cap of €200 per rolling seven day period is described, with the right mechanism: immediate reduction, increase after 72 hours.
But the logic of the two internal tools is upside down, and that is this audit’s most troubling finding. Other operators handle it differently. PlayOne states plainly that an activated self-exclusion cannot be lifted before its end date, while BeCasino specifies neither its duration nor how it works.
Self-exclusion is triggered by one button and undone by another, at any moment. The break, by contrast, is set for a fixed period and cannot be interrupted. The tool presented as the strongest is therefore the least binding of the two.
A self-exclusion reversible in one click does not protect someone who triggers it in a lucid moment and regrets it an hour later. Oria does offer a six month or permanent exclusion, but it goes through an email to support, not through the account.
The full framework is set out on my responsible gambling page.
Complaints and support
Article 12.4 of the terms describes a two step procedure: the site’s support first, the Gaming Commission next, with its email and postal address. A player may ask for their complaint to be forwarded, and the Commission may request it itself.
That is a real safeguard. It is also, word for word, Fortuna’s clause, a reminder that one is reading a group document.
The Commission remains the regulator, not a commercial adjudicator. No independent dispute resolution service is named.
Support runs through an online form and email. No telephone, and no stated hours.
One clause to know before opening an account
After thirteen months without activity, the operator reserves the right to close the account at its sole discretion, without notice or compensation. Any remaining credit reverts to the operator.
An email warning is provided after twelve months, leaving a month to react. But anyone who changes email address will never receive it.
The score in detail, criterion by criterion
| Criterion | What weighed | Score |
|---|---|---|
| Licensing and regulation | Nine year renewal, holder consistent with the register, official logo clickable. Number absent from the site and publisher contradiction. | 21/25 |
| Withdrawals and payments | Both timeframes stated, varied payment methods. Ten working days outside the instant case, Belgian accounts only. | 12/15 |
| Game fairness | Supplier catalogue visible and quantified. RTP shown but mandatory, no laboratory named. | 9/15 |
| Security and data | Officer named, Belgian hosting, retention stated. Processors never named. | 13/15 |
| Complaints and reputation | Procedure described, forwarding possible. No adjudicator, no phone, no hours. | 6/10 |
| Transparency of terms | 2023 terms on a replaced decree, contradictory publisher, inactivity clause taking remaining credit. | 5/10 |
| Responsible gambling | EPIS linked, cap explained, real tools. But self-exclusion undone in one click. | 7/10 |
| Total | Dependable tier, 65 to 79 points | 73/100 |
The weighting of each criterion appears on my methodology page.
Who this casino suits, and who it does not
It suits you if you hold a Belgian bank account, if you want to know both possible withdrawal timeframes in advance, and if the range of payment methods matters. PayPal remains rare on the licensed Belgian market.
It does not suit you if your bank is outside Belgium, since every withdrawal then goes through the ten day route. Nor if you need a genuinely binding self-exclusion from your account: several Belgian operators do better on that point. Nor if you need support at known hours.
My verdict
Oria is a solid operator on substance. Its licence has just been renewed for nine years after four years of operation, its catalogue can be browsed without signing up, and it states what others conceal, starting with the real time a withdrawal takes when it does not go through the instant route.
What holds it back is not how it works but its paperwork. Terms from March 2023 invoking a decree replaced since, ignoring an obligation in force since 2025, and hesitating over the identity of their own publisher. On a market this closely regulated, an annual reread would not be a luxury.
Then there is the point that troubles me most, because it touches protection: a self-exclusion you undo in one click is not a self-exclusion. Fixing it would cost a few lines of code and would be worth several points.
That score places Oria against the other operators I have examined. The full ranking and the seven points I check appear on my page on what makes an online casino reliable.

Frequently asked questions
Is Oria Casino licensed in Belgium?
Yes. Licence B+4274 appears in the Gaming Commission register, in the name of SPRL DEVOMAS, and runs to 23 April 2035 after a renewal in April 2026.
How long does a withdrawal take at Oria?
A few minutes, or ten working days. Instant withdrawal applies up to €3,000 per day, three requests maximum, provided you have played more than the amount deposited and hold a Belgian bank account. Outside those conditions, the request is processed within ten working days.
What is the minimum withdrawal?
€15, whatever the destination account.
Does Oria accept PayPal?
Yes, for both deposits and withdrawals, with a €15 minimum deposit for that method. It remains uncommon among licensed Belgian operators.
Is Oria connected to Golden Palace or Fortuna?
Yes, structurally. It is not an isolated case: eleven brands hold several licences. The register records a Golden Palace anchor venue, and the terms declare the same publisher as Fortuna Casino’s, at the same address. The three brands remain commercially distinct.
What happens if I stop using my account?
It may be closed after thirteen months of inactivity, with an email warning at twelve months. Any remaining credit then reverts to the operator.

This audit does not tell you whether Oria pays out quickly in practice. It records what the operator commits to. I do not open accounts and I do not gamble with real money.
Nor does it judge game quality or the playing experience. And it reflects one specific moment: terms change, and the date at the top prevails.
If something looks out of date or inaccurate, write to me with something that establishes it. Verifiable corrections are applied quickly and flagged.
