Contact CasinAudit

One address, and I read it myself. CasinAudit is run by one person: there’s no support desk and no form vanishing into a shared inbox.

I reply personally. Allow a few working days depending on workload.

Reporting an error or outdated data

This is the most useful thing this address is for. Belgian regulation evolves, operators rewrite their terms, licences change status: an audit that was accurate in March can be out of date by September.

If you find that something is wrong or stale, write to me with the page concerned and, where possible, the source that proves it. Verifiable corrections are applied quickly and the change is noted on the page.

If you represent an operator

Use the same address. For a data point that needs correcting, the rule above applies: evidence, not a request. Disagreeing with a score isn’t enough to change it.

Commercial enquiries are welcome at this address too, and they are handled separately from the assessment. As explained in the method behind every Trust Score, no commercial relationship changes a score, a ranking or a warning.

What this address isn’t

I’m not an intermediary between you and a casino. If you have a dispute with an operator — a blocked withdrawal, a closed account, a cancelled bonus — I can’t act on your behalf: contact the operator’s support first, then the Gaming Commission, which is the competent authority in Belgium.

Nor is it a helpline. If gambling becomes a problem for you or someone close to you, the relevant free services are listed on my responsible gambling page. In an emergency, call 112.
